OEG has expanded its renewables portfolio by acquiring Hybrid Resource Management, a UK-based workforce solutions provider for the onshore and offshore wind sectors. This transaction represents OEG’s 15th wind-related purchase since 2021, supporting its strategic objective to scale technical services across Europe.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Cornwall, Hybrid supplies specialist personnel to original equipment manufacturers for critical operations and maintenance activities. The company focuses on preventative maintenance and major corrective repairs. This deal integrates more than 80 experienced technicians into OEG's team, significantly increasing capacity to meet rising demand as regional wind farms enter long-term operational phases.
Hybrid will retain its current brand identity until full integration during the first quarter of 2027. Directors Stephen Potter and Morwenna Richards will continue to manage operations throughout this transition period.
