bp's unit in Trinidad and Tobago has announced the delivery of first gas from its Cypre field. This is the third subsea project by bp in the country.
Peak production from Cypre is calculated to reach 45,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boed). The development's second phase should be operational in the second half of 2025.
Cypre is part of bp's 10-project portfolio planned to start operations between 2025 and 2027 across the world. The combined peak net production of these assets should 250,000boed.
