Aberdeen headquartered Proserv, a global leader in controls technology, is proud to announce that its Stavanger based sampling division has been awarded a six-figure contract by Aker Solutions.
The contract award involves the delivery of a Multiphase Sampling Unit (MPSU) to the Brage platform located offshore Norway and operated by OKEA ASA.
Proserv’s MPSU is a compact, lightweight, and cost-efficient alternative for scenarios where frequent separator sampling is not feasible. This advanced solution has been designed to meet the sampling requirements at Brage, that enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs.
Proserv’s innovative Multiphase Sampling technology offers a small footprint system that allows for selective phase sampling from a multiphase flowline when no production test separator exists, delivering continuous, repeatable sampling.
Aker Solutions delivers integrated solutions, products, and services to the global energy industry. The company enables low-carbon oil and gas production and develops renewable solutions to meet future energy needs. By combining innovative digital solutions and predictable project execution, Aker Solutions accelerates the transition to sustainable energy production.
Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 15 countries.
Angus Rodger, Vice President of Services at Proserv, commented:
