Sterling Quality Services (SQS) is launching the SQS carbon tracker on 1 February, helping its clients on the road to net zero free of charge.
SQS is a global operating SME, providing expediting services, quality assurance services and inspection services throughout 48 countries with 2,000 inspectors. The company will be offering a new service to all clients, The SQS Carbon Tracker, which is free of charge to all SQS clients as a show of the firm’s commitment to net zero.
A carbon tracker report is issued with every inspectors visit, showing exactly how choosing SQS local inspectors has improved a clients’ carbon footprint. It takes all aspects into consideration and shows the difference made by not attending themselves. As a free service from SQS this allows clients to concentrate on other parts of the business while still being fully aware of the carbon footprint they are creating.
Lisa Roberts, Managing Director of SQS commented: “We are very excited about launching the carbon tracker. As a company we are committed to doing our part for climate change and supporting our clients along the way. Our carbon tracker will reduce the time clients spend calculating emissions from the inspections on projects, and show how efficient it is using SQS local inspectors. As part of our 30th anniversary celebrations we are keen to give back to our clients, and to the environment, and we believe the carbon tracker is a great way to do this.”
SQS is a UK based company with headquarters in Stockport, Manchester.
