EIC recognises 14 energy supply chain companies at 2026 WESCAs in London
DEEP Manufacturing named Company of the Year and also wins Optimisation, while Score takes Culture and Scale Up among 16 awards.
London, 30 October 2026:
The Energy Industries Council (EIC) recognised 14 energy supply chain companies at its annual National Awards Dinner in London last night, with 16 World Energy Supply Chain Awards (WESCAs) presented across categories including collaboration, energy transition, exports, technology and innovation.
DEEP Manufacturing was named Company of the Year and also won the Optimisation award. Score was another double winner, taking home awards for Culture and Scale Up.
The ceremony took place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 29 October. It brought together companies and leaders from across the energy industry.
First held in 1955, the National Dinner is the UK-hosted edition of the EIC’s WESCAs. The awards programme was introduced in 2005 and has since expanded internationally, with ceremonies now held in Rio de Janeiro, Houston, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Milan, as well as London.
The EIC is one of the world’s leading trade associations representing the energy supply chain, across all sectors, from oil and gas to renewables, nuclear and beyond.
The awards are based on company case studies published in the EIC's annual Survive & Thrive Insight Report, which was launched a decade ago. The research looks at how energy supply chain companies deal with adverse market conditions and adapt, from expanding internationally and diversifying into new sectors to improving productivity and investing in technology and skills. These case studies provide the evidence used by WESCAs judges to assess the companies' achievements.
Stuart Broadley, CEO of the EIC, said:
“We talk a lot in our industry about investment plans, targets and future projects, but it's the supply chain that ultimately has to deliver them. These companies are out there winning work and investing in technology and people while exploring new markets when they can.
“WESCAs help us understand how companies have actually succeeded, and that's through the case studies we develop for Survive & Thrive. These case studies make up the evidence that our judges rely on in their assessment. Congratulations to all of them, and thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this year's awards possible.”
