Two new solar parks in the UK have been put into operation by NextEnergy Capital. Located in Nottinghamshire, the facilities reach a total generation capacity of 130MW.
Named Inkersall and Crifton, the projects (70MW and 60MW, respectively) are part of the £733m NextPower UK ESG scheme, which is supported by UK Infrastructure Bank and major UK pension schemes.
With these additions to its portfolio, NextPower UK ESG fund's total generation capacity is now 318MW. Further 94MW should come online in the next months.
